All fuelled up, 7903 is pulled by the diesel shunter up the Swindon & Cricklade Railway track to the Hayes Knoll running shed for Colin Henderson the Cornhill Insurance boiler inspector to make his final checks.

John Cruxon our Locomotive Manager, assisted by experienced ex BR steam driver Den Kelly & Fireman Paul Tomes, takes Foremarke Hall on her first running-in trips on the S & C R tracks.
City of Truro hauls the new tender out of Toddington towards Winchcombe for it to be painted and lined out in the Carriage Restoration shed.
